Brazilian nice guy wins!!!

I could not forget to talk about the brazilian victory of Helio Castroneves, last night, on the Dancing with the Stars program- that in Brazil has its own version called “Dança dos Famosos”, and it’s broadcasted on Programa do Faustão, on Sundays.

I didn’t follow the program because I get nervous watching, but I knew that the brazilian was doing very well and had made it to the finals. This Formula Indy pilot got the trophy, even though some people were saying he was not the best dancer in the competition – Mel B, of the Spice Girls, was said to be a far better dancer at the end of the season, but failed to please the public.

Looks like Helio’s smile and his nice personalitty were the top features that influenced the jury and voters – about 25 million people!!! The race car driver was always smiling and really looked like he was having fun, some said. This was the first time that I saw that our “warm and friendly brazilian personality” had a real life payoff!!!
